About Thomas Winter
Thomas Winter is the Senior Director of Digital Transformation in the Global Partner Organization at Cisco GSSE. He develops and implements strategies to enable a seamless software and recurring revenue business model for Cisco and Cisco’s partners.
Before this role, Thomas led Digital Strategy for worldwide sales and drove the implementation and adoption of a companywide Global Commerce Digital transformation.
Thomas is with Cisco since fall 2000. He held positions in Marketing and as Sales Manager in commercial and public sector and as Director of European sales operations. Before Cisco, he led various IT departments in a Swiss financial service provider.
He has deep expertise in digital technologies of all kind, change leadership and in sales management.
Thomas maintains an active presence on social media, has a passion for ever-learning, gadget tech and loves to explore the world with his wife and two children.
He lives near Zurich, Switzerland and runs his global team leveraging digital collaboration technology.
Thomas holds a bachelor of science in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil, Switzerland and an MBA from the University of Toronto and the University of St. Gallen
