I recently had the chance to interview Luke Faccini on his remarkable journey.
In August 2015, Luke had to liquidate his 13-year old business. He had to get a job again where he was back in the hamster wheel.
And then, 3 months into his job, his boss fired him because he refused to work long into the evenings.
He had to start again from scratch but this time, he did a few things differently.
In the process of re-inventing himself, he learned some key lessons about hiring and working with an exceptional team. He is now in the process of completely replacing himself, so he can spend most of his time on new projects and ventures that don’t immediately have to turn a profit.
Watch the interview with Luke below.
